критические функции безопасности
Функции машины, нарушение которых привело бы к повышению риска травмирования или нанесения другого вреда здоровью.
Имеются две категории критических функций безопасности:
а) специфические функции безопасности, которые специально предусмотрены для обеспечения безопасности. Например:
- предотвращающие неожиданный пуск (блокировка в сочетании с отдельными защитными устройствами),
- препятствующие повторению рабочего цикла,
- двуручное управление;
б) функции самой машины, обеспечивающие безопасность, но не являющиеся специфическими функциями. Например:
- ручное управление одним опасным механизмом во время наладки при отключенных защитных устройствах.
- управление скоростью или температурой, которые поддерживаются машиной в безопасном диапазоне.
